Mike Wieringo: One of the nicest guys ever and most amazing artist talents the comics industry has ever seen. We had the chance to work with him on designing a new series we were developing called Hamburger Girl and some of that art appeared in the Modern Masters book on Mike which we strongly suggest you pick up as well as that giant Tellos book that Image put out that has Mike’s art super big so it can suck you into the world of Tellos.
We mirror Cully’s sentiments: “Didn’t want to let the day pass without remembering my friend– everyone’s friend– Mike Wieringo.”
His blog is still up so you can oogle his awesomeness, we look at it all the time.
